Christopher Doll is Chancellor’s Scholar and Associate Professor in the Music Department of the Mason Gross School of the Arts, at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, USA. He specializes in the theory, analysis, and pedagogy of recent popular and art music. His monograph Hearing Harmony: Toward a Tonal Theory for the Rock Era has recently been published by the University of Michigan Press.
