Áine Heneghan is Assistant Professor of Music Theory at the University of Michigan. She specializes in the music and writings of the Viennese School and is currently completing a book entitled Schoenberg on Form for Oxford University Press. Her work has appeared, or is forthcoming, in Music Theory Spectrum, the Journal of the Arnold Schönberg Center, Music Analysis, the Journal of the Society for Musicology in Ireland, and Notes, as well as in edited collections. Her editorial board appointments (past and present) include Music & Politics, Analytical Approaches to World Music, and Music Theory Spectrum. She recently completed a term as Member-at-Large on the Executive Board of the Society for Music Theory and is now Reviews Editor for Music Theory Spectrum.
