     Sanja Kiš Žuvela is an assistant professor of systematic musicology at the University of Zagreb, Music Academy, Department of Musicology. Born in Zagreb, she graduated from her hometown university with an MA Degree in Music Theory and an MSc Degree in Musicology. She received her PhD in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of Split. Her principal research interests include 20th century music, relationship between music and visual arts and problems of contemporary musical terminology. She is the author of various analytical texts which include a book, The Golden Section and the Fibonacci Sequence in 20th Century Music (Zagreb 2011).
