Wang Ying, born in 1983, received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Music Analysis from Central Conservatory of Music, Beijing, joint Ph.D. student of Hochschule für Musik und Theater „Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy“, Leipzig, now is the lecturer of Music Theory in Guangzhou University, Music and Dance Department. Specializes in French Music (Special foci on Henri Dutilleux), Post-modern music, and related compositions in domestic China.
